My Weight Chart

I have mentioned before, how thrilled I am with the daily plate, but this is just another visual example of how it helps us in our quest for a healthier life style. You can track your weight and it will produce a nice chart so you can see where you in your weight goal.

Mine was to get to 145 from 164. I started 2-5-2007. I am 2 pounds from my goal! Hope this is an inspiration to someone. I really think TDP would help anyone who is serious about shedding pounds and just eating better.
