Phase One Day Five

I woke up very tired. I think the rapid weight loss is really taking a toll on my body. I still need to get myself in a better habit of eating smaller meals through the day. Sometimes it’s hard to break old habits. For example, before I started South Beach Plan, I would have a cup of coffee for breakfast and nothing else until lunch, which I would eat at 1:30!

I would not eat again until 7:30 pm and then maybe a snack late ate night. Really bad. Besides going to bed early and still feeling very tired everything else is going well. I weighed myself this morning and I lost another half a pound.

Here is what I had for the day.

Breakfast: Two egg whites with tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms. A cup of water.

Snack: None

Lunch: Salad with Turkey breast

Snack: Celery

Dinner: The rest of my Salad from lunch and left overs from last night, ground beef six layer taco salad
