Day Two:
Lessons learned from day one. Do not miss a meal or your snacks! I also didn’t drink enough water so I am going to pick it up today.
Breakfast: Two egg whites with tomatoes and peppers and a cup of coffee.
Lunch: Steak from last night and two slices of cheese.
Snack: almonds

Again dinner was very good.
Today was a much better day. I was not hungry at all and had no cravings! I hardly feel like I am on a diet. I would like to find a way to work some exercise into my routine. More on that later.
