I woke up this morning and I felt like I was a bit hung over. I was very thirsty and my head hurt. I am not drinking enough water as I should. I need to keep hydrated all day. I also don’t think I am eating enough. So when I weighed my self this morning and the scale read 158, I dropped 2 pounds from yesterday and since Monday (4 days ago) I have lost a total of 4 pounds. I am sure a lot of this is water loss which would explain me waking up so thirsty.
Today I will drink water all day and increase my portion sizes. To drop 2 pounds in a day is excessive.
Breakfast: Two egg whites with tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms. A cup of coffee.
Snack: None
Lunch: chicken breast
Snack: jicama with lime and chili
Dinner: Ground beef six layer taco salad
